I'm a web developer, engineering manager, and entrepreneur with a passion for building great software and developing exceptional engineering teams.
As a co-founder of two companies and having served as CTO, I understand the unique challenges that early-stage startups face. I've been on both sides of the table—building products from scratch and scaling engineering organizations as companies grow.
Beyond hands-on work, I'm active in the developer community. I founded the San Diego JavaScript Meetup, serve as a panelist on the JSParty podcast, and have spoken at international tech conferences. I regularly publish technical articles and insights on software development and engineering leadership.
